In Short: We collect information about you that you provide directly to us.
We collect information about you that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Please note that we need certain types of information to provide the Services to you. If you do not provide us with such information, or if you ask us to delete that information, you may no longer be able to access or use certain Services.
Information You Provide to Us Directly
The information about you that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The types of information about you we collect when you provide it to us directly may include the following:

Information Automatically Collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We or our third-party vendors may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. We may do this through cookies, web beacons, local storage, JavaScript, mobile- device functionality and other tracking technologies (“Cookies”). This information may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, general location (e.g. inferred from an IP address), information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
You can choose to accept or decline Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but your browser may allow you to modify your browser settings to decline Cookies if you prefer. If you disable Cookies, you may be prevented from taking full advantage of the Site, because the Site may not function properly. As we adopt additional technologies, we may also gather additional information through other methods.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

We may collect information about you from other parties. For example, users may provide us with information about colleagues or other prospective customers. We may combine information that we collect from you through the Services or elsewhere with information that we obtain from other parties and information derived from other products or services we provide.
For what purposes do we process information about you?
In Short: We process information about you to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
We process information about you for a variety of reasons, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process information about you so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process information about you to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process information about you to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
- To send administrative information to you. We may process information about you to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
- To fulfill and manage your orders. We may process information about you to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

- To save or protect the safety or integrity of others. We may process information about you when necessary to save or protect the interests of others, such as to prevent harm.

We may combine information that we collect from you through the Services with information that we obtain from other sources. We may also aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services. We may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated data for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes.
When Do We Disclose Information About You To Other Parties?
We may disclose your information for various reasons as described below.
- Affiliates. We may disclose your information to our affiliates.
- Vendors. We may disclose your information to vendors who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and those that provide technology support and services, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, legal services, and marketing services.
- Law Enforcement, Regulators, and Other Parties for Legal Reasons. We may disclose information about you to third parties as required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Services; and/or (c) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Teleskope, its agents and affiliates, our customers, or others.
- Advertising and Analytics. We may disclose or make available some of your information to advertising and analytics partners to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use Cookies to allow us to, among other things, track and analyze data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests, and better understand your online activity. - Business Transactions. We may disclose information to third parties in connection with a transaction, such as a merger, sale of assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business, including for the purpose of determining whether to proceed or continue with such transaction or business relationship.
- At Your Direction/Consent. We may disclose your information as otherwise permitted or required by law or as authorized by you.
- Aggregate/De-Identified Information. We reserve the right to create aggregate/de-identified data from the information we collect through the Services. Such information is not subject to this Policy, and our disclosure of such aggregate/de-identified data is in our discretion.
What legal bases do we rely on to process information about you?
In Short: We process information about you under a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
Teleskope is considered the “data controller” of the “personal data” (as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation) we handle under this Policy. In other words, Teleskope is responsible for deciding how to collect, use, and disclose personal data, subject to applicable law. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on in order to process information about you. To the extent those laws apply, we may rely on the following legal bases to process information about you:
- Consent. We may process your personal data if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal data for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal data when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
- Legitimate Interests. We may process your personal data when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal data for customer service, to analyze and improve our business, provide security, prevent fraud, and managed legal issues
- Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
- Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
Online Analytics & Tailored Advertising
Online Analytics. We may use third-party web analytics services on the Services, such as Google Analytics. These vendors use Cookies to help us analyze how users use the Services, including by noting the third-party website from which you arrive. The information these Cookies collect will be disclosed to or collected directly by these vendors, which use the information to evaluate your use of the Services. We also use Google Analytics for certain purposes related to advertising, as described in the next section. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics purposes, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Tailored Advertising. We may allow certain third parties (e.g., ad networks and ad servers such as Google Analytics) to serve tailored marketing to you and to access their own Cookies on your computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access the Services. We neither have access to, nor does this Policy govern, the use of these Cookies by non-affiliated third-party ad technologies, ad servers, ad networks, or any other non-affiliated third parties. How long do we keep information about you?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will keep information about you for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
How do we secure information about you?
In Short: We aim to protect information about you through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of information about you. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
Do we collect information from minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.
The Services are not intended for minors under 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with information, we will delete the information to the extent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act or other applicable law. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at privacy@teleskope.ai.
Third-Party Services
We may maintain links to third-party websites and services. This Policy applies only to the Services and not to other websites or services, even if those websites or services are accessed through links on the Services. If you visit other websites or use other services, Teleskope is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of non- Teleskope websites and service to confirm that you understand and agree with them.
Consent to Transfer
Information collected from you, including via our Services, will be transferred to the United States where the Services are hosted. You hereby consent to the transfer of information about you to the United States as described in this Policy. Please do not use the Services if you do not agree to the transfer and processing of information about you in the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection for your data as your home country.
What are your privacy rights?
In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), you may have rights to your personal data. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
In some regions (like the EEA and UK), you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal data, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal data; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we may retain certain information for legal compliance and to secure the Services. We may need certain information to provide the Services to you; if you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to use the Services.
In addition to those rights described herein, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. However, we encourage you to contact us first, and we will do our very best to resolve your concern. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity and requests before granting such requests. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your requests.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@teleskope.ai. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Account Information: If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided.
Marketing Emails: You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by following the instructions in those marketing emails. If you choose to opt out, we will still send you non-marketing communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept Cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser Cookies. The method for disabling Cookies may vary by device and browser, but can usually be found in your device or browser preferences or security settings. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject Cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Services.
